Salsamba Privacy Policy Salsamba collects the information needed to sell and manage event tickets, including buyer name, email address, phone number, order details, ticket details, and check-in status. We use this information to process orders, send ticket confirmations and event updates, support entry at the door, prevent fraud, and manage event operations. Payments are processed by Stripe and ticketing/check-in is handled through Ticket Tailor. These providers process information as needed to complete checkout, issue tickets, and support QR code check-in. If you opt in to Salsamba event updates, we may use your email address and phone number to send future event announcements and related updates. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time, including by replying STOP to SMS messages where supported. We do not sell ticket buyer contact information. We may export or sync attendee information to Salsamba-owned systems and trusted email or SMS tools for event operations and marketing only as described above.
